Data visualisation is a major component in gaining stakeholder understanding and buy-in. Outputs must be impactful, clear and persuasive. Unless the narrative from the dual engines of data science and tech innovation is a compelling one - showcased in an impactful fashion - the business investment is not fully realised.

We understand our audience, being highly conscious of the thinking fast (system 1) and slow (system 2) processing of stimulus. 
Our outputs are designed to maximise these cognitive processes, as well as leverage the associated emotional linkages.
The core principles of digital design are applied across the programme real estate - whether that is in the execution of a survey feedback mechanism, construction of a dynamic reporting dashboard, or the implementation of a knowledge management system.

Data doesn't have to be dull or impenetrable. Those days are gone. Our outputs deliver real illumination and a visual 'wow'.

Michael is passionate about delivering digital insight solutions that are not just functionally optimal, but also enrich the customer experience - at both the respondent and client level. He ensures that the core principles of good design (both functionally and aesthetically) are applied to everything Synthys deliver. 

He employs the latest visualisation approaches wherever practicable - to bring customer feedback 'to life' and deliver the sit-up-and-take-notice 'wow' (be that via video, infographics or other rich media).

Michael also actively champions the deployment of interactive data dashboards - to ensure live-data feeds are structured in a format that is most accessible to the end-client business.
